The Evening Office is now housed in I-3 in the Harrison County campus Library. Adrienne McPhaul is available until 7:00 p.m.
We ask that you stop by before class to let us know you are on campus and to pick up your roster and other documents throughout the semester, such as grade sheets and important communications. We'll have your folders out in a sanitized, socially distant area.
You also have access to a copy machine in the Evening Office. If you need copies made before you arrive, please contact us as far in advance as possible.
If you need to change classrooms, we will have a room capacity spreadsheet to help you choose an appropriate room and we will notify the campus police of the change.
If you need to miss class, please notify us, as well as your Chair, as soon as possible.
Employees are paid on the 15th and the last day of the month. The first payday for adjunct instructors will be January 30th.
