Arrive to work on time

If you are running late or will miss work, please contact your supervisor Ms. Tiffany Smith at tiffany.smith@mgccc.edu.

Always have a professional posture at the reference desk. You never know who will walk in the library (i.e. President, Vice-President, Deans, parents, future students, tours, business leaders etc.)

Please do not prop your feet on the reference desk.

Drinks are allowed on the reference desk. However, food items will need to be eaten outside in the lobby or in our breakroom.

Guests are allowed to stop at the reference desk for brief visits. If we see that student workers are entertaining visitors, who are not needing research assistance, for long periods of time this privilege will be revoked.
